Return Overview

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply to approved returns.
  • Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@missneatly.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

All returns must be approved before shipping. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact support@missneatly.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email support@missneatly.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and return instructions must be followed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@missneatly.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you.
