Returns Summary

Starting a Return
To begin a return request, please contact support@missneatly.com within 30 days of receiving your package and include your order number. Returned products must be unused and sent back with any original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Returns must receive approval before being shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Once your request has been reviewed, return instructions will be provided. We recommend packaging all items carefully to help prevent transit damage.

Refund Information
After your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to support@missneatly.com with your order details. We will provide the next steps based on product availability.

Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@missneatly.com as quickly as possible. Orders that have already entered processing or shipment may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In those cases, the standard return process will apply.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@missneatly.com and attach clear photos showing the issue, including the packaging when possible. Our team will review the situation and assist further.
