Shipping Info

  • Order cutoff: Order before 4:00 PM EDT (Mon–Fri) and we’ll start working on it the same day.
  • Processing time: Usually 0–2 business days. During busy times it might take a little longer.
  • Delivery time: About 6–9 business days after shipping. Timing can vary depending on the carrier and weather.
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on all U.S. orders
  • Order Processing

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. We prep and ship orders within 0–2 business days. As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–9 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You’ll get tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.

Delays

If your package hasn’t shown up yet, please give it 2 extra business days and check your tracking link first. Still stuck? Reach out with your order number and we’ll help you out.

Canceling an Order

Need to cancel? Email us at support@missneatly.com. If your order is already being processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still return it after delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order shows up damaged, send us an email at support@missneatly.com with clear photos of the item (and packaging if possible). We’ll check everything and make it right.
