Shipping Information
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing may take longer during busy periods.
- Delivery Time: 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times may vary due to carrier or weather conditions.
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are prepared and shipped within 0–2 business days. Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent so you can follow your package.
Delivery usually takes 6–9 business days after shipment. Timing may vary depending on location and carrier operations.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow 2 additional business days and check your tracking link. If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email us at support@missneatly.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and return instructions must be followed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@missneatly.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you promptly.
